Tenants will be professionally referenced via Rentguard and rent affordability criteria requires applicants must earn a minimum household income of £28,000 gross per annum (either jointly or single incomes).
Due to changes in government legislation 01/06/2019 a holding fee equal to 1 weeks rent will be taken on reservation of the property to allow referencing to take place and to reserve the property from other viewings taking place.
This holding fee is refunded upon satisfactory references being obtained and the tenant entering into a tenancy agreement or the landlord deciding not to proceed.
